GO RESTFUL SLEEP is a multi-herb therapeutic formula containing Hops, Passionflower and Valerian. Passionflower is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve nervous unrest, disturbed sleep and support the nervous system. Hops and Valerian are traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to reduce sleeplessness.

How to take
Adults: Take 2 hard capsules, once a day. Or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.
In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if cap seal or if inner seal is missing, torn, or broken. Store below 30°C in a dry place.
