GO BEAUTY SLEEP is formulated with Lemon Balm, traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve sleeplessness and induce sleep.

How to take
Adults: Mix 10g (1 level scoop) in 200mL water and consume immediately, once daily. Or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.
Do not use if cap seal or if inner seal is missing, torn, or broken.
